Question: Why can't I use the Transform / Rotate / Scale tools while using Tidy Tile-Mapper?
You can, you certainly can.
However, you must first disable painting / cycling behaviour in Tidy TileMapper.
I've color-coded the buttons (red when disabled) and added a prompt in the upper-left of the Scene view to remind you of this as you paint.
